Environment Sustainability Keywords

Sustainability is to have the ability for something which can stay stable at a point or level, and in the environment, we need to have it that we are not destroying habitats for animals making them be scarce and endangered. If we continue to destroy more trees than we can be plant then we will be annihilating our most important oxygen provider and Co2 consumer.

The environment can easily be destroyed by humans if continue to build factories and buildings removing habitats in the process leaving animals to have nowhere to go, It is important that we do not take away these habitats and that we look after the animals in the wild. Also producing greenhouse gases are worse so we must be respecting the environment.

Juggling and Table-tennis

Today I learnt to.. juggle 3 rags at once which I found a little difficult. In table tennis I learnt how to serve and how to hit the ball, I had trouble managing to keep a streak on with hitting. I was trying at hitting the ball at the wall and keeping a streak which I found hard since when I hit my paddle with the ball, it was always going to the left or right so I need to learn how to hold the paddle correctly and hit as well.

Reflection.. I need to learn how to correctly hold the paddle when I'm hitting and I also need to learn how to hold a streak. When I'm Juggling I need to learn how to have a rhythm so that I can mange to do 3 or more items when juggling, I can do 2-3 balls when juggling but I sometimes drop them.

P.E. Week 4 reflection

This week I have been doing exercise for a test to show what my pulse rate is for resting and exercise. I was also researching the cardio-vascular system and what it is, it was interesting to know that there were so many types of wiring in the human body for blood, nutrients and oxygen to go around.

P.E. Cardio-Vascular System

Research:

What does the heart look like?

Why do we need blood to be pumped around the body?

The reason we need blood to be pumped around the body is that the purpose of your heart is to pump blood to the organs and tissues of your body that need the ingredients of what's in the blood, the oxygen and nutrients it carries, oxygen-rich blood is pumped out of the left side of your heart. The main veins are the deep veins which are in the muscle tissue, the Superficial veins are close to the skin surface and the Pulmonary veins are the veins which come from the lungs and their purpose is to put oxygen into the blood to then be shipped to the heart.

What is blood pressure?
Blood pressure measures how hard the blood is pushing against the walls of the arteries. Image result for what is blood pressure

Why does your pulse increase when you exercise?
The reason your pulse rate increases are because of your brain sending electric waves to the heart to make it pump more to the organs and tissue of the body so that the body can work harder and faster.
